Celera Semiconductor has strengthened its commercial leadership by appointing industry veteran Jeff Sexton as vice president of Worldwide Sales, a move aimed at supporting the company’s expanding global customer base for its AI-driven analog IC solutions. Sexton, who brings more than 30 years of experience in electronic systems design and semiconductor sales, is expected to scale Celera’s go-to-market execution as demand grows for its accelerated analog design platform.
Sexton’s background includes field and leadership roles at National Semiconductor, QuickLogic, Cypress Semiconductor, ams OSRAM, and most recently serving as VP of Americas Sales at Renesas, giving him deep relationships and operational experience across major analog markets. CEO Patrick Brockett highlighted Sexton’s track record in building high-performance analog sales organizations, while Sexton emphasized that Celera’s patented Nesto digital-twin technology and software-accelerated development model position the company to reshape how custom and standard analog ICs are specified, developed, and supplied, with potential implications for revenue growth, customer acquisition, and partnership opportunities across Celera’s global supply chain.
