Capacity LLC has appointed Shatabdi Sharma as Chief Information Officer to lead its global technology strategy and oversee engineering teams in the U.S. and India, marking a significant investment in the digital backbone of its fulfillment and logistics operations. Sharma brings more than 20 years of experience in enterprise technology transformation across retail, consumer goods, and global supply chains, most recently at PVH Corp as Brand Technology Leader for Calvin Klein, where she modernized the end-to-end value chain and coordinated with major retail partners to align technology with business outcomes. At Capacity, she will focus on unifying data across platforms, expanding AI-driven automation and intelligent systems, and bolstering security, governance, and workforce upskilling to support the next phase of growth, with CEO Jeff Kaiden highlighting her blend of technology and hands-on supply chain expertise as key to positioning the company for the next generation of data-driven logistics.
