Canva is expanding its role in real estate marketing through a new native integration with Lofty, an agent-focused AI platform, now live in the Canva App Marketplace. The connection lets agents pull real-time listing photos, property data, and agent profiles from Lofty directly into Canva templates, then send finished marketing assets back into Lofty for automated distribution across campaigns, social channels, and direct messaging.

The integration broadens Canva’s penetration in a key professional segment by embedding its design tools into Lofty’s Agentic AI Operating System, which already orchestrates lead generation, nurturing, and transaction workflows for brokerages. Available even to users on Canva’s free tier and governed by Lofty’s existing listing-permission rules, the move ties Canva more tightly into daily real estate operations, increasing switching costs and reinforcing its position as the default visual content platform for agents who have already built workflows around its tools.
