Canary Technologies has introduced Hospitality AI Agent Studio, a dedicated platform that lets hotels design, configure, and deploy AI agents across core functions such as front desk, concierge, and central reservations, positioning the company to capture more value from the accelerating shift toward automation in hospitality operations. Built on Canary’s existing AI infrastructure, which already supports millions of guest interactions at thousands of properties worldwide, the studio is designed to give hotel owners and operators more direct control over how AI is embedded into workflows and guest-facing processes.

The new studio leverages Canary’s existing integrations across the hotel tech ecosystem to enable end-to-end agentic workflows that can span operations, reservations, sales, and marketing from a single platform, potentially increasing Canary’s stickiness with enterprise customers and driving higher recurring revenue per property. Hoteliers can deploy out-of-the-box agents for rapid adoption or build custom workflows aligned with brand standards, internal procedures, and legacy systems for both on-property and above-property use cases, serving guests, staff, owners, and partners. Co-founder and President SJ Sawhney framed the launch as a step toward an “agentic AI” era in hospitality, underscoring Canary’s strategy to move beyond point solutions into a broader orchestration layer for hotel operations, a move that may strengthen its competitive moat among the more than 20,000 hotels across 100+ countries already using its Guest Management Platform.
