BV Investment Partners has agreed to sell a majority stake in portfolio company CallTower, a global managed cloud communications provider, to Court Square Capital Partners while retaining a minority position alongside management. The transaction crystallizes value from BV’s 2023 investment after a period in which CallTower deepened key vendor partnerships, expanded routes to market, and completed the acquisition of Inoria to broaden its contact center and AI-driven service offerings.

BV Partner Justin Garrison said the firm helped accelerate bookings, extend CallTower’s geographic presence, and add new solutions, positioning the business to capture further global demand for unified communications and collaboration services. By rolling over equity, BV preserves upside exposure to CallTower’s ongoing organic and inorganic growth strategy under new majority ownership, aligning its interests with management as the company continues to scale in more than 80 countries and leverages partnerships with platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom, and AI-first contact center technologies.
