Brandlight has secured $30 million in Series A funding, led by Pelion Venture Partners with participation from Cardumen Capital and G20 Ventures, to accelerate the build-out and global deployment of its enterprise platform for AI-driven search, advertising, and commerce. Founded in October 2024 by Imri Marcus, Uri Gafni, and Didi Dvash, the company already serves hundreds of large brands, including Fortune 500 clients such as Kimberly-Clark, LG, The Hartford, and Estée Lauder, helping them manage and optimize how they appear across AI-native discovery channels.

The new capital will be used to deepen Brandlight’s analytics engine, which tracks billions of AI-generated signals and converts them into tactical recommendations for marketing, PR, content, and media teams as AI visibility becomes a dedicated budget line for global advertisers. As AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Gemini displace traditional SEO and as AI ads compress search, media, and conversion into a single interface, Brandlight is positioning its platform as a marketing operating system for this emerging multi-trillion-dollar channel, giving executives a way to measure, influence, and govern how their brands are presented and chosen in AI-driven environments.
