A LinkedIn post from Boomitra describes a visit by a Singapore government delegation, led by Minister Grace Fu, to the company’s South America Grassland Restoration Project in Paraguay. The visit is portrayed as showcasing large-scale regenerative grazing practices across hundreds of thousands of acres, supported by satellite-based measurement and local rancher participation in international carbon markets.

According to the post, the project brings together carbon credit buyers such as Singapore’s National Climate Change Secretariat, local conservation partner Guyra Paraguay, Paraguayan government representatives, ranchers, and Boomitra’s own team. The company’s soil carbon initiative is positioned as part of a broader ecosystem aimed at producing “high-integrity” soil carbon credits.
The post further notes that, following a government-led RFP process under Article 6.2 of the Paris Agreement, Boomitra was selected to deliver 625,000 soil carbon credits to Singapore, and is described as the only soil-focused project among four awarded. For investors, this selection may signal early validation of Boomitra’s methodology and a potential revenue stream tied to compliance-grade, internationally traded carbon credits.
If successfully executed, a 625,000-credit delivery could strengthen Boomitra’s positioning in the growing market for nature-based and soil carbon solutions, where quality and measurement integrity are increasingly scrutinized. The engagement with both Singaporean and Paraguayan public-sector stakeholders, as well as ranchers and local NGOs, may also enhance the project’s durability and its potential to scale similar models in other regions.
