Bansk Group has closed its second consumer-focused fund at $1.45 billion, significantly above its $1 billion target, sharpening the firm’s position as a scaled private investor in consumer packaged goods (CPG) staples. The December 2025 close of Bansk Fund II brings the firm’s total assets under management, including co-investments, to more than $5 billion and follows the full deployment of its inaugural $800 million fund raised in 2023 across seven platform investments. Fund II attracted substantial re‑ups from existing limited partners alongside a broadened base of new global investors, reinforcing confidence in Bansk’s CPG-focused strategy and its track record of value creation.

With Fund II, Bansk will continue to deploy capital in four core categories—consumer health, food and beverage, household products, and personal care—backing management teams where the firm can apply its operating playbook to scale consumer staple brands. The new fund is already active, having completed three investments in PetIQ, BYOMA, and Arcadia Consumer Healthcare, complementing Fund I’s seven investments, which include Foundation Wellness, Red’s, and Woodstream. Senior Partner and CIO Brian O’Connor framed the oversubscribed raise as validation of Bansk’s conviction in the CPG opportunity set, while Senior Partner Chris Kelly emphasized the firm’s hands-on, operational value-creation model. Chairman Bart Becht described the fund close as a key milestone in Bansk’s ambition to be a leading CPG investment platform, highlighting the firm’s broader history of more than $30 billion of equity deployed across over 40 consumer transactions. The expanded capital base positions Bansk to drive further organic and acquisitive growth across its portfolio and to deepen its role as a preferred partner for founders and management teams in the global consumer staples landscape.
