Deliveries on the Columbus campus have tripled versus the prior academic year, reflecting growing student adoption and tighter integration with campus dining services. avride positions this large, high-density deployment as a reference model it could replicate at other universities or similar environments.

On the production side, avride disclosed that it has assembled nearly 1,000 delivery robots to date using an assembly line model and currently has capacity to build up to 100 units per month. The company highlights parallel assembly lines and stress testing at temperatures up to 55°C, aiming to demonstrate robustness and readiness for multi-region rollouts.

These manufacturing capabilities suggest avride is transitioning from pilot-scale efforts toward industrialized operations, though the company has not detailed order backlog, pricing, or utilization. In autonomous mobility, avride is also expanding its Hyundai Ioniq 5–based robotaxi fleet in Austin and Dallas to roughly 200 vehicles. In Dallas, riders can already book autonomous trips through the Uber app, signaling a move beyond closed testing and into early-stage commercial service.

Management emphasizes a streamlined pre-assembly process for critical electronic components, enabling the addition of dozens of vehicles each month and accelerating real-world data collection. While these developments highlight growing operational momentum, visibility into unit economics, regulatory milestones, and profitability timelines remains limited, leaving important questions for investors unanswered.
