Automation Anywhere reported a fourth quarter marked by a structural shift in enterprise AI adoption, with 61% of software bookings coming from AI-powered offerings and double-digit year-over-year growth in both non-GAAP ARR and Remaining Performance Obligations. The company also expanded the number of customers generating more than $1 million in ARR by 23% and more than doubled its base of “agentic” customers, while delivering strong topline growth, beating EBITDA guidance, and recording a tenth consecutive quarter of non-GAAP profitability and free cash flow.
Management positioned the business as a key enabler of “autonomous enterprises,” highlighting enterprise-wide deployments in functions such as IT service management, finance, customer support, and HR, including a new multi-million-dollar deal with a national healthcare system to automate patient data, scheduling, and administrative workflows under strict compliance requirements. The quarter also saw strategic advances through the acquisition of Aisera to deepen out-of-the-box ITSM and support capabilities, and a collaboration with OpenAI to build governed, process-centric AI solutions that can reason across systems and execute complex tasks, moves that collectively aim to accelerate time to value and lock in long-term platform usage.
At the World Economic Forum in Davos, CEO Mihir Shukla used his role as an ICT governor to promote the agentic enterprise concept, winning additional validation and visibility with senior corporate and government decision-makers at a time when AI budgets are shifting from pilots to production. Automation Anywhere further emphasized responsible AI adoption with an ongoing reskilling initiative targeting two million individuals trained by 2030, with more than 650,000 already reached, positioning the company as a credible partner for large-scale transformation ahead of its Imagine 2026 user conference in May, where it plans to showcase customer case studies and outline the next phase of its autonomous enterprise roadmap.
