Nova centers on a rebuilt Atom AI engine with native function calling, session memory, multi-intent queries, web search fallback, and chat streaming. Atomicwork claims the upgrade delivers 50% fewer hallucinations and a 50% improvement in answer accuracy, aiming to make the platform more reliable for enterprise-scale IT and operations workloads.

The release also introduces expanded governance and control features, including Admin Assist for plain-language workflow building, sandboxed change management, just-in-time access and identity governance, and deflection recommendations. These capabilities are designed to reduce implementation friction and appeal to compliance-sensitive organizations that demand stronger oversight of AI-driven workflows.

Platform enhancements span smarter approval handling, API-based workflow actions, agent signatures, custom layouts and theming, and custom domain support. Atomicwork added eight integrations, including JumpCloud, DocuSign, Rippling, Workday, ADP, Outlook Calendar, Cloudflare, and Google Maps, deepening ties into existing SaaS stacks and potentially increasing switching costs.

Customer traction was spotlighted through a case study with Pepper Money ANZ, a 26‑year‑old Australian non-bank lender that migrated from ServiceNow to Atomicwork in four weeks. Reported outcomes include 97% employee satisfaction, 90% of requests auto-routed, full shutdown of email as a service channel, and 40% of requests resolved via self-service, underscoring the platform’s automation benefits.

Go-to-market efforts included an Agentic ITSM masterclass and a May 7 BrightTalk session co-hosted with Synerity AB on advanced AI ITSM topics such as data strategy and agentic AI at scale. Atomicwork is also co-leading a full-day, hands-on AI workshop with HumanizingIT at HDI Support World Live, emphasizing how AI can “humanize” IT support rather than merely automate tickets.

The company highlighted thought-leadership around the strategic role of digital identity in enabling both security and productivity, aligning its brand with identity-centric workflows and access orchestration. Atomicwork also noted incremental hiring, signaling continued investment in talent as it scales product and customer-facing capabilities.
