Artemis, the Boston-based industrial technology-focused private equity firm, is sharpening the growth trajectory of its portfolio company Millrock Technology by appointing veteran finance executive Neil A. Goldman as Millrock’s Chief Financial Officer. The move is designed to reinforce Millrock’s financial infrastructure and M&A capabilities as Artemis seeks to scale the lyophilization and advanced freeze-drying specialist across the life sciences and biopharmaceutical markets.
Goldman brings extensive CFO experience from both private equity-backed and public MedTech and manufacturing businesses, including Life Science Outsourcing, BioPorto A/S, Chembio Diagnostics, Inc. and Unwired Technology LLC, where he led platform scaling, operational upgrades and enterprise system implementations. At Millrock, he is expected to apply this background in strategic M&A, operational discipline and execution to build a higher-performing platform, directly supporting Artemis’s investment thesis around differentiated industrial tech assets that enable a healthier and more productive world.
