Arcadia has signed a definitive agreement to acquire ENGIE Impact, ENGIE’s utility expense and data management, energy procurement, and sustainability advisory business, in a move that materially scales Arcadia’s role in enterprise energy management. The deal combines Arcadia’s AI-driven utility data platform with ENGIE Impact’s three decades of operational experience and global delivery footprint, creating an integrated offering that covers everything from invoice processing and bill payment to strategic sourcing and sustainability planning for large corporates.

Post-transaction, Arcadia will serve more than 1,500 enterprise customers, including roughly a quarter of the Fortune 500, oversee over 4.5 million meters worldwide, and process in excess of $30 billion in utility payments annually, significantly increasing its data assets and recurring revenue base. Arcadia CEO Kiran Bhatraju said the combined platform is designed to eliminate fragmented processes, wasted spend, and manual workflows at a time of volatile energy markets, while ENGIE Impact CEO Paige Janson emphasized that merging Arcadia’s technology with ENGIE Impact’s infrastructure and domain expertise will enhance transparency and efficiency for clients; during the integration period, customers are expected to see uninterrupted service along with access to an expanded suite of energy management capabilities, positioning Arcadia as a scaled, global player in utility data, procurement, and sustainability advisory.
