Araceli Biosciences Adds Former Bio-Rad CFO Tsingos to Board to Support Scaling Push

Araceli Biosciences has appointed Christine A. Tsingos, former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bio-Rad Laboratories, to its Board of Directors, strengthening financial and governance oversight as the company scales its AI-driven imaging platform for drug discovery. With more than three decades of experience spanning capital strategy, investor relations, M&A, and IT, she is expected to help Araceli navigate capital allocation, potential transactions, and disciplined growth.

Chairman Bill Cortelyou said Tsingos’ background in building long-term value at life sciences companies will support Araceli’s next stage of expansion, while CEO Matt Beaudet highlighted her experience in shifting businesses from standalone tools to integrated lab systems, directly aligning with Araceli’s ambition to become core infrastructure in modern, lab-in-the-loop discovery workflows. Tsingos, who also serves on the boards of Envista Holdings and Varex Imaging, said Araceli has generated strong early momentum and that the priority now is building the operational and governance foundation to scale, signaling a focus on institutionalizing processes and preparing the company for larger commercial and strategic moves.
