Airia has introduced full support for MCP Apps across its enterprise AI platform, positioning the company as the first to let businesses embed interactive dashboards, forms, and visualizations directly into AI-driven conversations. The move extends beyond text-only agent interactions by allowing AI workflows to surface live, source-backed interfaces for analytics, configuration, and compliance tasks, materially reducing manual back-and-forth and the risk of hallucinated outputs.
The capability is available through two deployment options: via customers’ preferred AI clients such as Claude, ChatGPT, Visual Studio Code, or Goose connected through Airia’s secure gateway, or natively within Airia’s own chat environment for a consolidated experience. In both cases, Airia applies its existing governance stack, including centralized tool authorization, change detection for updated tool definitions, full audit trails, and proxy-based credentials protection, while its growing connector ecosystem—covering Salesforce, NetSuite, Nexar, Grafana, Excalidraw, Asana, Snowflake, and CB Insights—can now deliver fully interactive MCP-based workflows for enterprise users.
