Airia is expanding its enterprise AI management platform with new security and governance controls specifically for OpenClaw, the viral AI agent formerly known as Clawdbot and Moltbot, positioning itself as a key enabler for regulated and security-sensitive adopters. A major healthcare provider has already implemented OpenClaw through Airia’s AI Gateway to maintain HIPAA compliance, with capabilities such as real-time data loss prevention, centralized monitoring, and strict control over agent behavior mitigating the safety and privacy risks that have limited enterprise use of such tools.
CEO Kevin Kiley said Airia’s layered safeguards—including DLP for health and personally identifiable data, full observability into OpenClaw usage and costs, agent-level guardrails, and a routing engine that checks errant agent behavior—are designed to make advanced AI agents acceptable to corporate risk and compliance teams. By letting IT configure OpenClaw centrally while preventing shadow AI and uncontrolled deployments, Airia is betting that demand for secure AI orchestration and governance will grow in parallel with OpenClaw adoption, and is positioning its forthcoming, more configurable Omni platform as a logical next step as customers scale and mature their AI strategies.
