(NASDAQ: MBCN) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $0.05 per common share and a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per common share. Both dividends are payable on December 15, 2023, to shareholders of record as of December 1, 2023.
