PMGC Holdings’ (ELAB) subsidiary, AGA Precision Systems, announced a second long-term defense supply agreement with a Tier 1 aerospace and defense company to manufacture precision components. The news follows a similar agreement last month with Turbo‑Jet Products Co., Inc. ELAB shares jumped 36% after the announcement, as traders saw the repeat contract win as validation of the company’s capabilities and growing customer confidence in its technology.

Under the new agreement, AGA will provide precision CNC-manufactured components used in the customer’s aerospace and defense programs. The LTA includes defined performance commitments across quality, delivery, and pricing — standards required for mission‑critical, high‑consequence defense applications.
Due to confidentiality and regulatory obligations, AGA did not disclose the customer’s identity. The company said it will provide additional disclosures if the agreement becomes material, though no assurances can be made at this time.
Strategic Step Forward
AGA said the new LTA with a Tier 1 defense company reflects that its manufacturing capabilities have matured and that customers trust its ability to meet strict technical and regulatory standards, including ITAR and AS9100.
Management noted that long‑term agreements of this type provide operational visibility and support recurring revenue potential.
With two LTAs now secured, AGA and parent company PMGC Holdings are gaining momentum in the defense-manufacturing market, a sector seeing strong demand from ongoing modernization efforts.
Is ELAB Stock a Good Buy?
For a small-cap manufacturer, becoming a qualified supplier to Tier 1 defense companies is a major credibility boost, especially in a market where reliability, certification, and regulatory standards make it hard to break in.
Looking ahead, ELAB’s main challenge will be executing, scaling production, meeting performance targets, and turning these LTAs into real revenue growth.
Investors will also watch for more contract wins, details on deal size, and signs that AGA is becoming a deeper part of the U.S. defense supply chain. If momentum continues, ELAB could shift from a speculative defense play to a more stable growth story.
