Orchard Therapeutics Ends Key Financial Agreement Post-Transaction

Orchard Therapeutics PLC (ORTX) has released an update to notify the public and investors about a termination of a material definitive agreement.

Upon completing the Transaction, the Company has repaid all outstanding loans and ended all credit commitments under the previously amended Senior Term Facilities Agreement involving the Company, the original guarantors, MidCap Financial (Ireland) Limited, and various lenders.
