The Company has completed a transaction resulting in the suspension of trading of its ADSs on the Nasdaq as of January 24, 2024, and the filing for their delisting and deregistration under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Consequently, the ADSs will no longer be listed on Nasdaq, and the Company plans to file a Form 15 to suspend its reporting obligations under the Exchange Act.
