Nvidia (NVDA) has reportedly said that it does not require upfront payments for its H200 chips. According to Reuters, a company spokesperson said Nvidia would never ask customers to pay for products they have not received. The statement came after an earlier Reuters report claimed Nvidia had imposed strict upfront payment terms on Chinese buyers of its AI chips.
