NextDecade Corporation Welcomes New Class B Director

NextDecade Corporation (NEXT) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.

Timothy Wyatt was appointed as a Class B director on the Board of Directors to fill a vacancy after Seokwon Ha’s resignation, nominated by HGC NEXT INV LLC. He will serve in this role until the Company’s 2024 annual meeting of stockholders, where he will stand for election. Bringing over 15 years of experience in commodity operations, marketing, shipping, and trading, Mr. Wyatt has held significant roles at Hanwha FutureProof and Cheniere Energy, among other reputable firms. He is entitled to expense reimbursement for Board-related activities and has no material interests in any transactions that need to be disclosed.
