Newmarket Ends Major Credit Facility Amid AMPAC Acquisition

Newmarket (NEU) has released an update to notify the public and investors about a termination of a material definitive agreement.

The Company has terminated its previous revolving credit facility, repaying the outstanding $715 million plus accrued interest without incurring any early termination fees. This move was associated with its acquisition of AMPAC Intermediate Holdings, LLC, the parent of American Pacific Corporation, which was completed on January 16, 2024.
