According to these leaks, Xbox Game Pass Starter Edition will come bundled with a Discord Nitro membership. Nitro is Discord’s subscription service that offers users of the text and voice chat company’s platform additional features. As for the games included in this tier, the leak seems to suggest they will be comparable to those offered through the Xbox Game Pass Essential subscription. This includes more than 50 games, such as Fallout 4.
The new leaked tier for Xbox Game Pass came just a few days after the video game company had announced a price change for its subscription service. The Ultimate tier saw its price cut to $22.99 a month from $29.99, while PC Game Pass’ price was reduced to $13.99 a month from $16.49 a month. However, this price drop also means that the latest Call of Duty games won’t be included in the subscription service at launch.
