Manitex Welcomes New Board Member Nominated by Tadano Ltd.

Manitex International (MNTX) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.

Manitex International, Inc. entered into an agreement with Tadano Ltd. that allows Tadano to nominate a member to Manitex’s board as long as they hold a minimum 10% of Manitex’s common stock. Takashi Kiso, nominated by Tadano, served on the board from January 30, 2023, until his resignation on January 24, 2024, which was not due to any disagreement. Following his resignation, Tadano nominated Shinichi Iimura, who was appointed to the board on January 30, 2024, and will serve until the next annual shareholders’ meeting without joining any committees and receiving standard non-employee director compensation.
