With this acquisition, SoundHound is positioned as one of the most comprehensive providers of enterprise conversational AI, expanding its reach across voice, chat, messaging, and multimodal customer interactions.

Combined Platform Will Serve Top Global Brands

The combined company will serve enterprise customers in over 30 countries, including major global banks, airlines, automakers, and telecom providers. LivePerson adds hundreds of long‑tenured enterprise relationships, expanding SoundHound’s reach across financial services, healthcare, retail, travel, and more.

Further, the deal strengthens SoundHound’s push into AI‑powered digital customer service. LivePerson’s Conversational Cloud brings deep integrations across web, mobile, and social channels, while SoundHound contributes advanced voice AI and agentic automation.

Deal Terms and Financial Outlook

Financially, SoundHound will acquire LivePerson for $43 million, a 22% premium to its 30‑day volume-weighted average price.
