The Company and its Chief Scientific Officer, Christopher Dinsmore, Ph.D., mutually agreed to terminate his employment effective as of the Separation Date. Additionally, the Company executed Separation Agreements with Ms. Kosacz and Dr. Dinsmore, which closely mirror the terms of the DiMartino Separation Agreement.
