Kaival Brands Announces Board Member Resignation and Replacement

Kaival Brands Innovations Group (KAVL) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.

James P. Cassidy resigned with immediate effect from the board of directors of Kaival Brands Innovations Group, Inc. due to other professional commitments without any disagreements with the Board or the Company. As GoFire, Inc.’s appointee and the majority holder of the Company’s Series B Convertible Preferred Stock, GoFire is entitled to appoint a successor. The Board intends to cooperate with GoFire to appoint a new member to fill Cassidy’s vacated position.
