IDEAYA Biosciences Launches At-The-Market Offering Program

IDEAYA Biosciences (IDYA) has released an update.

IDEAYA Biosciences, Inc. has an agreement with Jefferies LLC for an at-the-market offering program, which allows the company to sell shares of its common stock at its discretion. The program could yield up to $350.0 million in gross proceeds. IDEAYA recently sold over 3 million shares, resulting in net proceeds of about $126.9 million, with a remaining $220.5 million worth of shares available for future sales under this program.
