LVWR raised gross proceeds of about $334 million after the completion of its combination with AEA-Bridges Impact Corp. (ABIC).
LiveWire also opened reservations for its S2 Del Mar for the U.S. market on this occasion. Shares of the company are already up 2.56% today.
