Farmer Brothers Stockholders Elect Directors, Approve Proposals

Farmer Brothers Company (FARM) has released an update to notify the public and investors about the submission of matters to a vote of security holders.

At the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Farmer Bros. Co., the stockholders elected Stacy Loretz-Congdon, John E. Moore III, David A. Pace, Bradley L. Radoff, and Waheed Zaman as directors for a one-year term. They also ratified Grant Thornton LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for the upcoming fiscal year and approved the executive officers’ compensation on an advisory basis.
