At the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Farmer Bros. Co., the stockholders elected Stacy Loretz-Congdon, John E. Moore III, David A. Pace, Bradley L. Radoff, and Waheed Zaman as directors for a one-year term. They also ratified Grant Thornton LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for the upcoming fiscal year and approved the executive officers’ compensation on an advisory basis. Voting details for each proposal were provided, indicating the number of votes for, against, withheld, abstentions, and broker non-votes.
