Duckhorn Portfolio (NAPA) has released an update to notify the public and investors about the submission of matters to a vote of security holders.
The Duckhorn Portfolio Inc. held its 2024 Annual Meeting with around 95.85% of shares represented. Two nominees were elected as Class III directors for three-year terms. Additionally, the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Company’s independent public accounting firm was ratified for the fiscal year ending July 31, 2024. Lastly, stockholders approved, on an advisory basis, the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers through a non-binding resolution.
