Trump Signals Major Concessions from Iran
Trump noted that Iran had agreed to concessions that it had previously rejected, including eliminating its nuclear program, turning over its stockpile of enriched uranium, and reopening the Strait of Hormuz.
A second round of peace talks between the two countries could take place as soon as this weekend, although neither side has yet to confirm a date or venue. A group of Gulf Arab and European leaders are less optimistic, warning that a ceasefire extension is necessary to cover the time it will take to strike a deal.
