ProShares Ultra Euro’s ULE fund recorded a sharp outflow of $657,669 on April 20, 2026, in one of its more sizable single-day moves this year. With assets under management now at roughly $5.84 million, the redemption erased about 11.27% of the fund’s capital base, underscoring how sensitive leveraged currency products can be to short-term sentiment shifts.

The related asset, FX:EUR-USD, is currently trading at 1.16921, having slipped about 2.25% over the past three months as investors reassessed growth and rate differentials between the eurozone and the U.S. Despite that softer medium-term performance, the pair is flashing a short-term Buy signal on the one-day technical setup, hinting that some traders may be positioning for a near-term bounce.

The divergence between ULE’s flows and EUR-USD’s immediate technical tone suggests investors are using the leveraged ETF more as a vehicle to lock in gains or cut risk than as a simple directional bet. With flows equal to more than a tenth of AUM, even modest shifts in conviction can materially impact the fund’s size and liquidity profile, potentially amplifying volatility for those seeking tactical exposure to the euro leg of the FX market.
