Costco Executive members can start shopping at the stores at 9 a.m. on weekdays, a full hour before other members. They will also get access to the store half an hour early on Saturday, with the doors opening at 9:30 a.m. Hours for Executive members are unchanged on Sunday.
The new benefit for Executive members was announced by the company in June. An Executive membership costs $130 a year and comes with two cards.
Costco Fourth of July Hours
Costco members looking to do shopping for the July 4 holiday will want to stop by their local stores today. The warehouse chain isn’t open for Independence Day, leaving customers with little time to grab the goods they need before the big event.
However, this does mean there’s still time for Executive members to stop by their local Costco stores today before the rush for July 4 shopping starts.
Costco will join several other locations that shut down for the Fourth of July. This is a federal holiday, which means banks, postal offices, and even the stock market will be closed for it. Investors will also note that the stock market will close early today in honor of the event.
Is Costco Stock a Buy, Sell, or Hold?
Turning to Wall Street, the analysts’ consensus rating for Costco is Moderate Buy, based on 16 Buy and seven Hold ratings over the past three months. With that comes an average COST stock price target of $1,106.89, representing a potential 12.52% upside for the shares.
