Cornerstone Building Brands Approves Special Dividend Payout

Cornerstone Building Brands Inc (CNR) has released an update.

On January 23, 2024, the Board approved a special dividend of $231.6 million on common stock, to be distributed to Camelot Return Intermediate Holdings, LLC and subsequently to Camelot Return Parent, LLC. This sum was utilized to redeem all preferred units held by CD&R Pisces Holdings, L.P., with the transaction completed the following day.
