Constellation Acquisition Corp I adjourned its extraordinary general meeting on January 25, 2024, which was primarily convened to address the proposed extension of the deadline to complete an initial business combination and to amend its articles to eliminate the Redemption Limitation. The adjournment proposal was the sole item voted on, receiving approval from the shareholders present, representing approximately 88% of the voting power. The meeting has been rescheduled for January 29, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
