ZYUS Life Sciences has completed a private placement, raising $3.3 million through the sale of over 3.5 million units at $0.95 each, to fund general corporate needs and repay debt. Insiders, including independent directors, participated significantly in this round, contributing $0.8 million. The raised capital will also settle debt owed to the CEO and an entity he controls.
