Zuoli Kechuang Company Limited has officially changed its Chinese and English company names, dropping the “Micro-finance” reference, after completing registration with the Zhejiang market regulator and obtaining updated documentation from Hong Kong authorities. The firm’s Hong Kong-registered name now appears as Zuoli Kechuang Company Limited in English and 佐力科創股份有限公司 in Chinese, aligning its corporate identity across mainland and Hong Kong jurisdictions.
The company will also change its stock short names on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to “ZUOLI KECHUANG” in English and “佐力科創” in Chinese from 8 May 2026, while retaining stock code 6866. Its corporate website will shift to www.zuolikc.cn on the same date, with management stressing that these branding changes will not impact shareholders’ rights, existing share certificates, daily operations or the group’s financial position.
