Zuoli Kechuang Micro-finance Co. Ltd. has announced a final cash dividend of RMB 0.02 per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, which will be paid on August 30, 2024, at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.0964. Shareholders must register by June 28, 2024, to be eligible for the dividend, which will be subject to a 10% withholding tax for non-resident enterprise shareholders.
