ZTEST Electronics Inc. has successfully closed an oversubscribed non-brokered private placement, raising $1.26 million through the issuance of 5.04 million working capital units at $0.25 each, which include share and warrant components. The funds raised will bolster the company’s general working capital, supporting its electronic manufacturing services offered through its subsidiary, Permatech Electronics Corp.
