ZTE Corporation announces its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on June 28, 2024, where shareholders will review and approve key reports and proposals, including the 2023 financial statements and profit distribution of RMB6.83 per 10 shares. Additionally, the AGM will consider authorizing hedging derivative trading up to the equivalent of USD5.3 billion for 2024 to protect against foreign exchange and interest rate exposures.
