ZTE Corporation is set to distribute a final dividend of RMB0.683 per share to its H shareholders, with payments made in Hong Kong dollars following the exchange rate determined by the People’s Bank of China. Shareholders on the H share register as of July 11, 2024, will be eligible for the dividend, which is subject to a 10% withholding tax for overseas non-resident corporate shareholders and up to 20% for non-resident individuals, in accordance with Chinese tax laws. The Bank of China (Hong Kong) Trustees Limited will act as the receiving agent for the dividend payments.
