ZTE CORPORATION has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 6.83 per 10 shares for the financial year ending 31 December 2023, with shareholder approval slated for 28 June 2024 and payment due on 31 July 2024. The ex-dividend date is set for 04 July 2024, and a withholding tax of 10-20% will apply to non-resident individual shareholders, depending on their country’s tax agreement with China.
