Zoono Group Limited has announced a change in its substantial holding, with Paul Russell Hyslop, Margaret Jane Morgan, and NPAT Trustees Limited now collectively holding 104,447,500 ordinary shares, equating to a 32.58% voting power. This shift comes after an issuance of 30,000,000 new shares, which they acquired for $810,000.00, resulting in a dilution of their previous 39.2% voting power.
