Zoono Group Limited has announced a significant increase in the holdings of Director Paul Hyslop, who acquired 30 million shares at a value of $810,000 through the company’s Rights Issue, raising his total to over 104 million shares and nearly 5 million options. The transaction, which did not involve any disposal of existing shares, was conducted as part of the director’s participation in a company financial event.
