Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on October 9, 2024, in Changsha, China, where shareholders will vote on the Proposed Termination of a spin-off and separate listing of its subsidiary, Hunan Zoomlion Intelligent Aerial Work Machinery Co., Ltd. Shareholders intending to vote are required to register transfers by October 7, 2024, and may appoint proxies to vote on their behalf.
