Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.32 per share for the financial year ending December 31, 2023. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by July 4, 2024, to be eligible, with the dividend set to be paid out on July 26, 2024.
