ZoomerMedia Limited has finalized a plan of arrangement where 16431771 Canada Inc., along with its partners, acquired all outstanding shares not owned by key stakeholders for $0.08 per share. Following the acquisition, ZoomerMedia plans to delist from the TSX Venture Exchange and cease public reporting, marking a significant shift in the company’s operational structure.
