Zoo Digital Group announces the issuance of 55,000 new ordinary shares, following the exercise of options by its holders. These shares are set to be traded on AIM from December 11, 2024, increasing the total number of voting shares to 97,943,228. Investors can use this updated figure for assessing their shareholdings in the company.
